Special Wild Talents section on Project Nemesis

I've added a new Wild Talents to the website Project Nemesis (see sig) where you can upload your alternate rules, Talents, variant settings or links to downloadble stuff.

Only registered users can submit articles and they can do this from the User Menu on the left and then clicking on Submit Article. The categories to put WT stuff in are called Wild Talents Rules, Wild Talents Talents, Wild Talents Variants and Wild Talent Downloads.

You can also email the articles to me and then I will add them to the site.

At the moment Project Nemesis has a distinct 'horror'-feel throughout the site but I plan to do a redesign where I can give a different 'feel' to the various sections on the site.
