Nothing to comment on this one, he´s pretty basic I think... everything fell into place nicely for his character´s development. Illusion's WD is purely so that his Height is a 10 always since we have a House Rule about HD's, that they can never be higher than the dice pool for the roll.

He'd be interesting to play. Illusionists can be a lot of fun if the player has a good time getting creative with the illusions.

Tiberius Rhudaug (Rude Dog) made the fewest changes... his primary concern was finding out he couldn't go invisible in the same action that he created an illusion. His numbers were adjusted to allow for this. He also decided he wanted to be a bit less physical to pay for these changes, and dropped his use of natural defenses in lieu of metaphysical defense of Invisibility.

Rhudaug is an ex-con, gone legit, who because he had never been caught, ended up being able to win the Mayor election for the city. As the local Mayor, he's used his charming skills to make up for some of his past life, and give those that are like he was, a 2nd chance on life. It's not so much that he's less of a con, he's just less selfish in his con. Currently at Police HQ to talk to a CSI member in hope he can be convinced to overlook something, to give someone who needs a 2nd chance, that 2nd chance. Later, to be visiting a Fund Raiser for the upcoming elections.
