Not much to say... what started out as a batman-ish concept turned into this. He realizes that Regeneration not being permanent can be a problem, but his objective wasn´t immortality, but rather the ability to close his eyes, go into a trance, and self/heal. If not for the fact it already only costs a point per level, he would have taken additional flaws that showed that any other activity, or being bothered, would prevent his use of the Miracle.

This guy's going to be brutal when it comes to fighting. If he ticks people off, be sure to have them attack his Motivations rather than trying to pick a fistfight with him!

Yeah, imagine him with a Teleport power... something he is suggesting he may want to buy in-game at some point. :P

Main problem with this character was that he'd spent points in skills purely because he thought that without those spent points, he'd take penalties in those skills. While not completely wasted points since they offset penalties that might apply, he didn't feel he needed skills of 11d (especially since 5 of those were HDs). That, and he gained 6 points for forcing everyone to use the Themed Power, No Willpower No Way. Otherwise, his character is unchanged since he just put those spare points into balancing out the skills he has, and improving his Regeneration some...

Member of the Police Force, Tod was on his way back to the station with a kid (Dylan) who had been busted breaking and entering with intent to burglarize in a neighborhood he obviously didn't belong in. Later in the afternoon he was going to be heading out hiking with his old military buddy, Bart. Tod loves his job, loves what he does, and loves to help people in need. He tends to look for the best in people, though can display more than a little bit of anger and become assumptive, when placed in a situation in which he feels either helpless, or useless.

There's one thing I didn't think of earlier. In the WT2 rules, multiple actions are hell on Hard Dice. Attempting multiple actions imposes a -1 die penalty; that penalty comes off Hard Dice first; and if you give up one Hard Die you must give up all of them. So when this character uses his massive 5HD in Coordination to dodge attacks, that's all he can do without giving up all his Hard Dice. To make him more flexible you may want to change some of those Hard Dice to Wiggle Dice, or else house-rule it so the penalties on Hard Dice aren't so severe.

Where are these rules? I'm all up and down on pages 23-27 trying to figure out where this rule is... :(
