Shipping, Pre-Order and Refund Policies
Shipping: Orders within the U.S. ship by media mail and usually take one to two weeks to arrive. Orders outside the U.S. ship by first class international mail, where available, and usually take two to four weeks to arrive.
Pre-Orders: Your order will ship when all products in the order are in stock. To split an order and receive currently in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders: one for the products that are in stock now, and another for pre-orders that will ship when those products are in stock.
Refunds: We offer full refunds at any time for our products, including pre-orders and orders that have already shipped. To receive a refund on a product that has already been shipped, return the product to us for a full refund of the product cost. (We cannot refund the cost of shipping on a product that has already been shipped.) To cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund of the product cost and shipping charge, please contact us before the product ships.
