Published by Arc Dream Publishing under license from Pagan Publishing, The Unspeakable Oath is edited by Arc Dream's Shane Ivey and guided by an editorial board including founding editor John Tynes, members of Pagan Publishing, and colleagues who are die-hard fans of Cthulhu Mythos gamers, including Kenneth Hite, Greg Stolze, Ray Winninger, Adam Crossingham, and Monte Cook.
